SoloOrigin sells digital tools, educational guides, and software products designed for solo LLC owners and single-owner businesses. Due to the nature of downloadable digital content and online tool access, all sales are generally considered final once access or download has been provided.

1. Digital Product Policy

Digital products include downloadable PDFs, guides, templates, worksheets, spreadsheets, software access, web app subscriptions, and related educational materials. Once a digital product has been delivered or download/tool access has been granted, the product is considered used and non-returnable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered on a limited case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

       Duplicate purchases

       Corrupted or inaccessible files

       Incorrect product delivery

       Technical delivery failure that cannot be resolved

       Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

       Change of mind

       Failure to read the product description

       User incompatibility with software or devices

       Buyer remorse

       Accidental purchases made by the customer

       Failure to understand business, tax, or LLC concepts explained in the product

       Delayed use of purchased products

4. Print-on-Demand Products

If physical print-on-demand products are offered, damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed items may qualify for replacement or refund within the stated reporting period. Customers may be required to provide photographs of damage or defects.

5. Subscription and Tool Access

For recurring subscriptions or ongoing tool access, customers may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Already-billed subscription periods are non-refundable. Refunds for the current billing cycle are generally not issued once access for that period has been granted.

6. Download and Access Issues

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your product, contact customer support before requesting a refund. Most delivery and access issues can be resolved quickly.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after receiving digital products or tool access may result in account restrictions, denial of future purchases, and submission of supporting transaction evidence to payment processors.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds, when granted, are typically processed back to the original payment method within several business days depending on the payment provider.

9. Product Updates

Customers who purchase a guide or tool may receive updates or revisions for the same product version when offered through the primary SoloOrigin storefront. Marketplace purchases from third-party platforms may not include update access.
